Les espaces communs sont spacieux. La chambre est de bonne taille, nous étions au 25 eme étage avec une belle vue sur la ville de Jakat. On a disposition un réfrigérateur et une bouilloire, de l’eau filtrée est disponible dans le couloir. Le personnel est accueillant, réactif et souriant. Lors de l’enregistrement, un temps est consacré à nous transmettre les informations importantes. Le petit-déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet et propose un choix important. Le wifi fonctionne bien. The room was nice, somewhat quirky. The bed was comfortable, and there was a kettle with very big mugs. Not much storage space if you needed to unpack (we didn't as we were only there a couple of nights) The buffet breakfast is plentiful, with soup station. Staff are all dressed as "minions", and the lady who checks you into breakfast is the cheeriest person I've ever met! For other meals, there are restaurants in the shopping centre attached, or just next door is an interesting restaurant where they bring out various plates of food (wrapped up) and you see which you want and pay for the ones you unwrap. Had a "little glitch" with the air conditioning and fridge not working correctly - solution by Danu at reception solved by offering replacement room within minutes! Convenience of ATM, small shopping mall complete with Indomaret supermarket, coffee bars & restaurants as well as a "SUBWAY" with excellent sandwich choices and Indonesian cuisine restaurants and street food vendors within seconds from leaving the hotel! Note - the actual hotel is above Harmoni Exchange Shopping Plaza on floors 7 (reception) -29. For wines & alcoholic drinks check out "Browns & Spirits" in Plaza Menteng (walking distance from Bandar HI) with more "reasonable" prices than the wine shop in the nearby Mall!! Breakfast charge of 120,000 Rp far too high!! Almost 25% of the total the room cost!!! Considering location and availability of much cheaper nearby options - eating out definitely a preferred option! But so far as the accommodation and room facilities are concerned - Yello Hotel Harmoni definitely "A little gem in Jakarta, Indonesia"!!
